3 consecutive nights...............10% discount
4 consecutive nights...............15% discount
5 consecutive nights...............20% discount
6 consecutive nights...............25% discount
Rates are subject to sales and room tax.
DEPOSIT/CANCELATIONS:
50% of total rent is required 10 days after reservation request. Final payment due on or before arrival. Reserve the right to withhold $25 per deposits as a handling fee on any confirmed reservation (where deposit has been receipted for) which is canceled. Reserve the right to withhold entire deposit when a confirmed reservation is canceled with less than 14 days of notice. Canceled reservations will be issued a letter of credit good for one year original check in date. No cash refunds.
